Hospiltality Industry at its Best

The professionalism in staff and services was way beyond my expectations. The "all inclusive" means what it says and extends to the other Palace Resorts in the area. This resort was the smallest of the three we visited and being couples only suited our needs perfectly.

Fantastic Hotel

It’s the first time we have visited Cancun and stayed at the Sun Palace Hotel, we will definitely be going back again. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. It was just truly amazing. The food was great. The hotel staff were so polite and friendly.
