CHEF MARCO ISAAC VAZQUEZ MUÑOZ
Native to Guerrero, Chef Isaac arrived in Cancun in 2001, where she discovered a passion for French cuisine. She is currently the Head Chef at Le Blanc Spa Resort's flagship 5-diamond restaurant where she brings her mastery of French cooking techniques into every dish that leaves the kitchen of Lumière.
